  Life changing for me. I have only been to one therapist prior to working with Glenda. I didn't stay because I didn't feel a connection. Once my life changed and I felt better I moved on. With Glenda I know that this will be a lifelong commitment to my mental health. I felt a connection to her from my first meeting and her transparency with me is something that means the world to me. She has helped me identify areas in my personal life that have directly impacted the relationships i have. Generational curses that I wish to break. I am thankful to have found her and I encourage anyone to put their trust in her.
